Visa Fees

When applying for an Indonesian visa online, you need to pay the e-Visa Fees, including the Government fee and the Service fee.

1. Government & Admin Fee

The Government fee is the amount that the applicant must pay for the Indonesia Immigration Department to process e-Visa. This is the mandatory fee for applicants who wish to apply for e-Visa.

The type of e-visa you apply for determines how much the government charges, as shown below. If you need to make any changes to your application after paying the Government fee, you will have to pay it again as a new application.

About Urgent processing

Travel plans don’t always go as expected, and at times, there may be a need to depart sooner than originally planned. For such situations, urgent processing for the Indonesia e-Visa offers an option to obtain travel authorization more quickly, helping to reduce stress and ensure readiness for upcoming journeys.

  • Skip the queue: Applications submitted under urgent processing are reviewed ahead of standard submissions, helping travelers avoid longer waiting periods.
  • Receive results sooner: For the Indonesia Tourist e-Visa (Single Entry for 30 days), approval may be granted in as little as 2 hours.
  • Less travel stress: A practical choice for individuals facing unexpected business travel, family matters, or spontaneous holiday plans.

3. Important things to check before you apply

Before submitting your e-Visa application, remember to:

  • Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended date of arrival in Indonesia.
  • Double-check that all personal details entered match your passport exactly to avoid delays or rejections.
  • Stay informed about Indonesia’s latest entry requirements.
  • If you’re planning to travel urgently, consider flexible flight and accommodation bookings in case any unforeseen delays occur.

In addition, we strongly recommend that travelers consider purchasing travel insurance before their trip. Travel insurance can provide valuable protection against unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost belongings, or travel delays, giving you greater peace of mind as you explore Indonesia.
